INCLUSIVE LIVES ARE BETTER LIVES
True inclusion, no ableism and a better world for all
Chronic illness. Disability. If you live with either or both of those, you probably have heard it all. The pity, the ignorance, the well-meant but entirely unhelpful advice given to you without asking. And above it all is the daily struggle to access a world that isn’t built for us, carrying a mental and emotional load abled-bodied people don’t even know exists. It can be hard to keep positive and to keep fighting and I know that kind of despair well. What is a good life? Am I even allowed to want better?
Yes, you are.
We all deserve better than what we currently have. We deserve true inclusion and even more importantly, we ALL deserve actual communities, free of the current hyper-individualistic lifestyle. Let’s bring on change together, both big and small. Whether you would like to learn more about true inclusion, want to build your workplace’s awareness on the erosion of ableism or want to understand better what life with MS looks like, allow me to be your guide, consultant and intellectual sparring partner. BETTER lives are possible for all of us.

Hi, I'm Karin.
I want to ask you a question. What is a life worth living? It might sound like a simple question but it is not, especially if you live with a chronic illness and/or disability. Those around you probably have a few thoughts on your life and its quality. What is a life worth living is a question for all of us to reflect on. What concepts and systems form our thoughts? Why are we guided by them? What else is possible? If you are keen to learn more about true inclusion and create meaningful change then asking one simple question is an excellent start towards living a life worth living – for you and all of us together.
